Booking Terms and Conditions:
The Greatly Hotels (‘the Company, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’) accepts bookings subject to the following conditions.
We want to inform you that these conditions will only be applicable for hotel reservations made by clients with the
company. Once you book your stay with us, it means that you have accepted our terms and conditions in a correct manner.
All references in these conditions such as “booking” or “reservation” means the hotel reservation and does not specify
anything particular. Please ensure to read over the terms and conditions on our website to get a clear idea of your
respective rights.
Booking Process and Payment:
To secure the booking, Greatly Hotels requests customers to pay a deposit amount. This is mandatory for all the hotel
reservations and sometimes a higher deposit amount may be requested to cover payment conditions. You need to read over the
booking conditions and general information of the hotel package selected. Any doubts regarding the booking process can be
cleared over the phone or you can send an email to reservations@greatlyhotels.com. The hotel company shall assist you in
any kind of hotel-related matters.
After the deposit, you are required to pay the balance amount within a period of one week. In certain cases,
customers would be asked to deposit the full payment at an earlier stage before the start of the stay. The “balance due date”
will be estimated to the customer at the time of direct contact in our office or through email. In case of non-payment,
the hotel company has the right to cancel your booking at any point of time.
Changes to Booking:
If you are interested in making any changes to your hotel reservation, then you are requested to directly visit our
branch office with your receipts. Changes will be made on the basis of certain emergency conditions alone. We do not entertain
customers to make repeated changes. Minor changes will only be allowed. It will be applicable only under certain conditions.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of hotel reservations is allowed in our hotel company. But, it merely depends upon the situation.
You have the right to cancel the reservation provided under certain circumstances. You need to inform us through call
or email before a stipulated period of time. Cancellation charges will be imposed for customers in few cases. It is
important to know that the amount paid will not be refunded at any cost.
Complaints and Feedback:
If you have any complaints regarding the hotel arrangements, then you have the right to complain to us at
reservations@greatlyhotels.com. We are eager to hear your complaints and solve them to the best extent. You can specify
the type of complaint in the mail and send it to us. Our customer service team will look at the issue and get back to you
within 24 hours.
Our Responsibility for Your Stay:
We ensure to arrange each of the hotel arrangements with great care and attention. Greatly Hotels is responsible for
our employees, agents, and suppliers during your stay. Other than that, we are not responsible for any criminal or violent
act that takes place during the time of your stay. You should act diligently and enjoy your hotel stay. We advise you to stay

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that sometimes circumstances may require you to cancel your tour package, and we have designed
our cancellation policy to be fair and transparent. Please carefully read the following policy before making your booking.
Flight Cancellation Charges: Please note that there will be cancellation charges for flights as per the airlines.
These charges will be applicable regardless of when the cancellation is made.
Holiday Season Cancellation: Please note that no refunds will be given for bookings made in the month of December or during festival holidays such as Diwali, Christmas, and New Year.
Refund Terms:
• Full refund: If the tour is cancelled more than 45 days before the departure date, you may be entitled to a full refund, except for the flight cancellation charges.
• Partial refund: If the tour is cancelled between 45 and 30 days before the departure date, you may be entitled to a partial refund of 50%, except for the flight cancellation charges.
• No refund: If you cancel your tour package within 30 days of booking or within 30 days of the departure date, you will not be entitled to any refund, except for the flight cancellation charges.
Rescheduling: No rescheduling is allowed under the BEST rate policy implementation.
